I received an email saying my Iowan was shipped but I haven't received it yet. Should I be worried?

No. Our website requires that we mark an order as "shipped" so that we can charge the credit card. The Iowan is bimonthly -- mailing the first week of January, March, May, July, September, and November. All orders placed between issues will be added to the next issue. You can always check the status of your account by sending an email to or by calling 877-899-9977 x 211.
